As an Account Manager you play an important role in realising our further growth in the hospitality sector in the German-speaking region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). In this exciting position you will not only be responsible for selling our products, but you will also have an important responsibility to help both new and existing customers in the hospitality sector achieve a digital transformation. In addition, you will inspire and advise them in choosing the right software solutions.

You develop strong and valuable contacts, identify new commercial opportunities and do everything in your power to exceed your targets.

A day as an account manager at Stardekk:

You work autonomously from home and prepare the weekly sales meeting. But first, time for coffee! With your mug in hand, you quickly open your computer: you document your recent sales activities and customer feedback in our CRM tool, process a number of leads and read another interesting article about the latest trends in the sector. Your thoughts are wandering: 2 new customers since yesterday! What a pleasure it is to help hoteliers move forward and make sure they can run their accommodation with much more ease and less time. Ringgg. You get your first phone call: one of our loyal customers asks if you can give a presentation about the new software solution you last talked to him about. Of course, you'll be happy to drop by tomorrow! After the sales meeting you prepare for the upcoming trade fairs and "Stardekk on the road" sessions.  Put your ideas and suggestions on mail to the Sales director.

Furthermore, you really believe in the future of internet technology, and are genuinely interested in the hospitality sector. Of course, if you already have concrete experience in the e-commerce and/or hospitality sector, you'll have a strong line ahead of you.
