As a Connectivity & Software Manager, you will lead the implementation of new accommodation supplier connections, all associated daily operational processes and organize partner communication.


You will lead new and existing supplier connections and implement procedures for ongoing operation of connectivity (such as PMS and Channel Manager connections). Furthermore, you will be the daily contact point for your assigned accounts.

You conduct regular account reviews with key partners. You provide the Development team, Partner Business Manager and CEO with constructive and relevant feedback on account performance.

By seeking out and sharing trends and best practices in connectivity, we remain the preferred partner in the hospitality industry.   

At last, you love to train and guide partners on all aspects of their connections with Stardekk.

Our dream candidate:

You have the required technical knowledge (software/backend systems, JSON, API Connectivity, industry connectivity standards (OTA, HTNG), …) and a high level of operational savvy but you don’t see yourself as a technician. On the other hand, you make the difference with your entrepreneurial mindset, commercial feeling and track record in project management. In addition, with your strong interpersonal skills you have the capability to establish and develop meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your driven personality, flexibility, “gettings things done”-attitude and attention to details are the key to success in this role.

Of course, you have strong communication skills (Dutch, English, French, optional German).
